At the company, Jared guides new clients through the early stages of custom home projects and leads acquisition and financing efforts. He also heads buildingoptimal.com, a platform driving innovation and education in the building industry.

Lindsay’s passion for home building stems from her belief that every well-crafted home starts with a solid financial foundation.
Since 2006, she has excelled in estimating, bidding, and selecting designs that align with project budgets. Her commitment to both excellence and efficiency ensures each project meets and exceeds client expectations. A Texas A&M graduate, Lindsay’s expertise blends design and budget seamlessly, helping create homes that reflect both vision and financial precision.
