Enter Into a New Home Agreement

Enter a fixed-price home purchase contract to build your home. You’ll know the cost to build or complete an in-progress home on day one.

Project Funding

Instead of us financing the project, your purchase of the lot replaces our capital with yours, helping us save on financing, carrying, and opportunity costs. These savings are passed directly to you.
