Jared Gossett moved to Austin with a passion for
craftsmanship and a clear vision: to build homes where quality and purpose shine in every detail.

Jared co-founds his predecessor company, Gossett Jones

Co and leads the company’s work at the
intersection of architecture, building science,
wellness, and residential development. His
background in investment banking, private equity,
and real estate informs a disciplined approach to
risk, capital, and long-term value.
PRESIDENT
preconstruction through final delivery, guiding
planning, purchasing, field execution, and quality
across every project. He brings more than 30
years of construction experience and has worked
alongside Jared since 2012, providing disciplined
execution, practical problem-solving, and steady
leadership.

clients from initial inquiry through contract,
construction, and closing. Her background spans
residential real estate, real estate technology,
and new construction. She helps clients understand
