Jared Gossett

CFA

Jared leads the strategic vision of Gossett & Co., overseeing investor relations and guiding the acquisition and financing of opportunities. He also directs Building Optimal, our thought leadership platform created to advance the building industry through education, collaboration, and insight. Beyond his work in homebuilding, Jared is committed to supporting entrepreneurs in underserved communities across the U.S. and Latin America. Through his nonprofit, he provides training and investment to small-scale businesses and craftsmen—offering both opportunity and visibility by integrating their work into Gossett & Co. homes. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and a master’s from The Ohio State University.

Lindsay Davis

CFO

Brian oversees day-to-day operations at Gossett & Co., ensuring our projects are expertly planned, thoughtfully executed, and built to the highest standards. From pre-construction to final delivery, he brings a collaborative spirit to every phase—building strong relationships with both clients and trade partners. Known for his ability to solve complex challenges with clarity and care, Brian was named Construction Manager of the Year by the Austin Home Builders Association in 2015. He began his career in 1998 and is a graduate of Texas State University.

Lindsay leads our financial operations with precision and clarity. She oversees project estimating, budget development, and financial administration throughout the building process. With a sharp eye for value and design, she excels at crafting budgets that honor both vision and constraint. Since entering the building industry in 2006, Lindsay has built a reputation for thoughtful decision-making and financial stewardship. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University.
